Change to Customer Profile actions toolbar

We'll be implementing a little change to the actions toolbar in the Customer Profile screens in Workwise Portal next week. This is just a little "heads up" to let you know the change is coming and why we're making the change.

Merge Tags Now Available in Contact Centre

We've added support for additional merge tags when creating emails and letters (not including Docmail mailings) via Workwise Portal's "Contact Centre" feature.

You can now access a number of fields including the recipients name, address, contact information and balance when creating individual and group mailings. Merge tags can also be used in templates.
