What is Integrated Customer Management?

Integrated customer management is more than just software, and this may sound cliché, but it should be a way of thinking for your business

Customers have more authority and less tolerance for slow, frustrating or otherwise unfulfilling experience than they did in the past. Whether they’re interacting with a customer support representative, responding to an advertised promotion, or paying their bill, customers demand that their experience be simple and stress free!  

Integrating your approach to customer management means, put simply, that all of your staff can access all of the information they need to help a customer - no more "I'll need to transfer you to sales/support/some other department". 

New Look Workwise Brand Going Live This Week

Our new Workwise branding is going live, we'll be rolling out the new logo over the next day or so and the new branding across the app (including help centre screenshots, etc) over the coming week!

There might be a few discrepancies across the Workwise site while we change all of the logo's and Workwise screenshots over to the new look.

The next release of Workwise, including the new social media features we blogged about previously, is also scheduled to go live at the end of this week.

Customer Profile Changes in Workwise 1.5

Here's another sneak preview of changes in coming in  the next release of Workwise. We're re-working the customer profile screen to make it easier to find the information you want, and we're also adding social media links so you can keep up to date with what's going on in your customers business. Take a closer look!

Upcoming Interface Changes in Workwise 1.5

We're please to be able to give you a sneek peak at some interface changes that are coming up in the next version of Workwise (due early October) - these include improvements to the admin section (now called "Settings" - which makes a lot more sense!) and replacing the top navigation icons with something a little more in keeping with the rest of the interface. Take a closer look!

Workwise 1.4 is now live for all customers

We're please to say that we've pushed Workwise version 1.4 out to all users as of midday today (18th September).  Apart from a minor user interface change to the toolbar on customer screens (which we announced on the 8th September) there's not much else to see.

The major changes are behind the scenes as we've completly re-written the functionality that integrates Workwise with GoCardless. Everything works in exactly the same way as it did before, and we've even added support for pre-authorisations (see our GoCardless help pages for details).
