Workwise in the February issue of Wiltshire Business Barometer

Workwise lead developer Chris was interviewed for Wiltshire Business Barometer's special feature on social media use among Wiltshire businesses.

We use social media extensively, both to research demand for our Workwise app and to interact with customers, both to provide support and answer any sales related queries and we were happy to share our thoughts on social media with Wiltshire Business.

Workwise has joined the Microsoft BizSpark program

We're pleased to announce that Workwise has joined the Microsoft BizSpark program.

The BizSpark program provides approved startups with access to Microsoft software and development tools for a three-year period, or until growth and revenue targets are met, whichever comes first. The program provides startups such as Workwise with technical support, training, and access to Microsoft's network of business partners.

Keep Calm and Ignore the Snow (with Workwise!)

In Swindon at least there's been a dusting of snow (1cm or so) overnight, schools are closed,meetings have been canceled and, if social media is to believed, we're one step away from a scenario not unlike the plot of The Day After Tomorrow!

Meanwhile, for Workwise customers it's business as usual.  Being an online, web browser based, service (or "in the cloud" if you prefer) our business customers can continue to work from anywhere there is an internet connection.  

We've helped small business' plan for disasters worse than snow and as Workwise is designed to be as fast as possible it's even usable from a smartphone or internet enabled tablet (like that iPad you use to play Angry Birds!)

Multiple Brand Support Coming Soon to Workwise

Do you trade under multiple brands? If the answer is yes then we're developing some new features for Workwise that will benefit your business!

Our new multi-brand features will allow you to set up an unlimited number of brands with unique invoice templates, email templates and assign a brand to a customer record.  This will mean you can bill your customers under the name they recognise rather than a "parent" brand which is currently the way many Workwise users currently operate.

Multi-brand will also allow you to choose which brand template you use when creating emails, SMS campaigns, and email via the Contact Centre features in Workwise.
